In the village of Llanbedr, on the edge of Snowdonia, between the mountains and the sea.
Llanbedr sits on the A496 between Harlech (10 minutes north) and Barmouth (15 minutes south). Llanbedr station, on the Cambrian Coast line, is a few minutes' walk from the house.
Steve will send full directions, the key-safe code, and the heating notes a day or two before you arrive. Check-in is from 4pm; check-out by 10am.
Cross the bridge from the house, follow the river path through the farm. About twenty minutes on foot. The pub serves food most evenings; check before you set out.
